Your address/City/State/Zip fields are required due to credit card verification reasons. You can be assured that we will not use your address for any other purpose.

Check to make sure you have Adobe Reader 6.0 or newer on your computer.
Adobe Reader comes already installed on just about every computer.

Some email hosting programs filter out emails from unknown sources to get rid of spam.
You should Whitelist our domain name: PrintItParty.com
Which tells your email provider that it is okay to receive emails from us.
You do this by logging into your email and clicking on 'Options' or 'Account info' (or similar wording-each provider has different lingo) and adding our email address to your Safe List. This will allow PrintItParty.com to email you :)
To help alleviate the problem, we have started giving you your links as soon as your order is processed by taking you to a download page - and we also send them in an email.

We sure do...just contact us within 59 days of your purchase and we will refund your money...no questions asked. Be sure to include your full name.

You do...simply save the PDF file to your computer or a disc after opening it and then it's yours to keep.
But be sure to save it. If you try to click on your purchase link after 2 days, it will no longer work. (But if you forgot to save the file and are really really sad about it, drop us an email with your name and order number and we'll send you a new one- shhh, don't tell)
For security reasons, we have designed the links to expire after approximately 2 days.

All of our products have been designed to print at the highest quality, but if you are not happy with the results from your home computer -
A great solution is to zip on over to your local print shop (any office supply store or copy/shipping store) and have them print them for you.
All you have to do is save the file to a disc and bring it in to them - or attach it in an email and email to either the store (call and get their email address), or to your own email address (if you can access it remotely.) They can print directly from their computer to their color copy machine.
