It's raining pom poms!

I started by cutting cute scrapbook paper into several different
sizes of party hats. They offer so many adorable patterns

of different patterns that match your party theme!

Fold the paper into a cone shape - tape or glue together -
and then add the pom poms! They will take your party
hat to a whole new level of cuteness!

Here is a large hat that guests can wear. You will need to staple
a strand of elastic bracelet cord to the inside of each side of the hat.

The mini-hats are my favorite! Place them on counter tops
for decoration, or put a dab of tape inside and insert
a lollipop stick and use as a food pick or cupcake pick!
I also had the thought that you could unwrap
Dum-Dum suckers and insert them into the party hat
~ great for party favors!

This is a medium-sized has that can be used for decorations
on countertops or you can put them on stuffed animals.

I had a blast making these hats! They are simple to assemble
and add so much to any birthday party!
