Simple to make and guest will love them! Salad
surrounded by crispy Parmesan yummyness!

Start with a large heap of Parmesan!

Thinly spread the Parmesan out on a cookie sheet that has
been covered with tin foil - spray the foil with a little bit of Pam
non-stick cooking spray. You can make the cheese circles as
large or small as you'd like - depending on how big of a "bowl"
you wish to make. Just be sure to spread the cheese thinly
so it gets crispy and isn't too soft after melting it.

Place in a 375 degree oven for 5-8 minutes. Remove from oven
just before the cheese starts to brown.

Prepare the salad ingredients as the cheese cooks

Chop Chop

Chop.

Once the cheese has melted, carefully remove from the foil
and drape over a large mug or bowl. Let set up for about
10 minutes.

Add all of the yummy fixin's! You can either add dressing
just before serving, or have a variety of dressings available
for guests to add themselves.
Tip: You can also use these cute Parmesan cups for pasta!
